Over a dozen seasonal organic ingredients, three types of lettuce, and three creative
dressings. Each plate is perfectly prepared to perfection per our patrons preference

Whipped Potato Bar
Chef Keven’s signature!!! Three types of whipped potatoes served with over a dozen
garnishes. Each guest creates their own custom experience with our spud mixologist.
Served in a mini martini glass.

Garden Style Crudités Display
Garden style crudités consisting of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables served in
ceramic style pots as the guests were to hand pick them from Mother Earth…
Served with an assortment of dips.

International Cheese Mirror
Hand selected wheels of cheese accompanied by honeycomb, confitures and artisanal
breads and biscuits.

Soba Noodle Station
Guests will be able to customize their own box of chilled soba noodles. They will have
the option of either a ginger dressing or a soy ponzu dressing and
12 different accouchements to choose from

Bruschetta Bar
Mediterranean style brochette displayed in our refrigerated “tapas case”. Creative
crostini’s that vessel eight signature creative brochettes from edamame brochette, Napa
Valley heirloom tomato brochette, olive brochette, etc... The guests are invited to create
their own experience

The BAO Bar
Two live action bamboo steamers steaming fresh BAO buns forming a taco like shape.

It’s a BAO Time
Served with braised short rib BAO and a whole grain mustard sauce

Duck Duck BAO
Confit of duck served with ducks cracklins
.

BAO Sea BAO
Served with Shrimp ceviche and cactus salsa

Sweet BAO of Mine
Served with Chocolate ganash and house made marshmallow

My Personal Taco Bar
Organic mini taco shells, house fried served to vessel
Choice of: Thai Chicken larb, halibut ceviche, coriander shrimp, cilantro spiced beef
tartar and/or traditional carne asada
Coupled with assorted cheeses, vegetables, lettuce and custom salsas.
Comes With: Salsa Bar
Five signature salsas such as: heirloom tomato Pico de Gallo, roasted Serrano
tomatillo, chipotle chili lime, Thai pineapple chili, nopale “cactus”, charred onion and
black bean. Served with assorted fresh fried organic corn and flour chips

French Fry/Fried Vegetable Bar
Assorted potatoes and select vegetables fried and custom tossed with creative
ingredients to meet each guest’s palate and served in Cones
Selections will include, sweet potato fries, battered French fries, tater tots, onions,
battered green beans and breaded mushrooms.
Seasonings will consist of truffle oil, spicy ketchup, Dijon mustard, béchamel, lemon oil,
basil, fine herbs and seasoning salts

The Bake Shop
A Grand rustic assortment of hand made creative pastry twists served with custom
assorted flavors such as: asparagus, prosciutto ham, sweet fig, orange zest, spicy
sesame seeds, gruyere cheese, cheddar cheese and fresh herbs and served with an
assortment of pesto’s, tapenades and hummus.

Decadent Dessert Display​

 

Chocolate Fountain
A grand assortment of tropical fresh and dry fruits, assorted cookies, brownies, rice
krispie treats, pretzel sticks and of course… “MARSHMALLOWS”
Guests can play amongst the fountain of Chocolate!!!

Grand Venetian Display of miniature assorted candy apples and pears, mousses,
