Formerly housed at the landmark, Guys, The Beverly is a 4,500 square-foot indoor and outdoor space that boasts a timeless design inspired by the Industrial Revolution, conceptualized by Darren Dzienciol in partnership with architect John Sofio, who also collaborated with the owners on Trousdale.

Special to The Beverly’s interior design includes a fireplace veneered in Pennsylvanian steel, which is the focal point of the lounge’s cozy outdoor patio built around two Willow trees. Other extraordinary elements of the interior design include salvaged windows from the New York City Armory and hundreds of vintage inspired Edison bulbs which drape from the ceiling. Gold Saber tooth skulls flank the back bar and a uniquely crafted light fixture constructed out of Ohio piping hangs above the counter. Salvaged & reclaimed woods wrap The Beverly’s walls and ceilings, distressed brown leathers encase the banquettes, finished by an amber dim illumination, provides for a luxurious and intimate atmosphere.

A starlit sky, the California moon, an evening of food and wine and a "spud mixologist." Call it a date night at club owners and restaurateurs Guy Starkman and Executive Chef and Partner Chef Keven Lee's new venture, Sherbourne in West Hollywood. The restaurant is nestled behind Jerry's Famous Deli on Beverly Boulevard, also owned by Starkman.

The small 60-seat, open dining room lined with dark wood panels and plush leather booths is centered around a ficus tree, part of the indoor-outdoor atmosphere. Architect John Sofio's design is part woodsy log cabin, part cozy chic dining room under the stars.

Like your parents, the space's split in two (divorce burn!): to the right there's a banquette-laden lounge with a Ricky Ricardo-style stage, plus a massive, middle-of-the-room dangling light fixture with LED stalagmites stalactites (thanks, Magic School Bus) that change colors. To the left, an expansive VIP room with a private bar that'll run out drinks from Cana vet Joel Black, plus old-Hollywood furnishings like pink leather sofas, black & white marbled floors, one-way mirrors, and a baby grand that they say's going to be used for surprise performances, which'll either be really incredible or spell treble.
